Course Features
Our comprehensive Powder Coating training courses will normally quickly pay for themselves; through improvements in efficiency and safety generated by the knowledge of achieving the best results from the understanding of the equipment and process associated to powder coating. The training courses are held at your facility so the participants are familiar with their surroundings and equipment. Our standard course can be layered to meet the customers requirements.
Course Information
- Our training courses are attended by both operatives new to the industry or by experienced coaters who need a refresher course or some product specific training.
- Trainees learn the most efficient selection and use of the powder coating gun.
- Course can be tailored to meet the customers specific needs, covering additional aspects, topics and equipment associated to powder coating.
- Trucoat run a set format in theory for about two hours, this is where the technical aspects of powder coating are explained along with how to use the equipment correctly and safely.
- We then apply what has been taught in the theory and apply it to either practice pieces of work or straight into full production.
- Questions will be encouraged at all times.
- All trainees receive a Certificate of Attendance.
