Here at Trucoat we and our customers believe that keeping on top of the servicing and maintenance is key to getting the best performance and longevity from your powder coatings equipment.

Trucoat always carries out servicing onsite, and can offer loan equipment while the servicing or breakdown repairs of the equipment are taking place, drastically reducing any down time. Our team of full Gema trained service engineers carry all the spares and parts needed for servicing and parts replenishment, we also carry backup equipment if that repair can’t be achieved onsite there and then. 

Trucoat can also offer a range of powder coating plant servicing on request, using some of the leading plant engineers.

Trucoat recommends that all Gema Powder Coating Equipment receives a service every year, but some equipment might require additional interim servicing due to the hours run. 

We also supply and can advise on spare parts for your day to day use of the equipment, tailoring spares kits to suit, so you are never without that spare part again.
